For disadvantaged youth and job seekers with a disability.
Is a not-for-profit social enterprise program that enables young people who are disadvantaged or with a disability, to pursue a career in the creative industries. The program allows participants to work on real briefs for real clients.
In its first year the program participants – none had any experience in advertising – created several campaigns and interned in some of Sydney's best ad agencies.
Two campaigns were entered into award shows. And what do you know? We won. Twice. Up against multinational agency networks with multi-million dollar ad campaigns.
We are open to working with youth organisations and creative agency partners.
We have a free web design or business studies course that is 6 weeks in duration, 4 hours per week for young people accessing your services.
We will cover Adobe XD, Figma and website builders to make young people's creative ideas come to life, learning how to design from scratch and building websites with no code. This is to empower them with the skills to design websites as well as if they would like to build their online portfolio or start a business, they can build their sites too.
Some of the young people accessing your services maybe more inclined to the business end of things. Whether that be working in a business function in an advertising agency or pathways to further education or work pathways in the business field, we are here to offer something for everyone. Subjects covered: Business Management, Marketing & Business Law.
